Damaged Returns
All products carry a twelve month warranty. Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. The product should be returned along with the order number and a description of the fault. If a product arrives faulty and has to be returned, we will refund the return postage cost (at a reasonable cost). If a product arrives safely but fails at some point during the warranty period and has to be replaced, we will cover the cost of sending out the replacement but we do not cover the cost of returning the product to us, this is the responsibility of the customer. If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Unwanted Returns
Customers must cancel the purchase within 30 days starting from the day after the products are received. Unwanted products must be returned in their original condition and with all original manufacturer packaging. Once we have received the unwanted products we will issue a full refund for the cost of the product and the price of the lowest class of shipping that was available at the time of ordering. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
